Swimming Eagles

The Swimming Eagles operate year-round. The Short Course Season runs from August-March and our summer season runs April-July.

Summer Season Fee Schedule:

Summer Long Course practice will begin the last week of March or first week of April, depending on pool availability. Weather permitting, we will be practicing at APSU. 

Family Registration fee will be $25 for those who compete for the summer Long course season only.

Short Course Competitive Season:

August-March

$50 a month for Tue/Thur Swimmers

$67 USA Swimming Registration Fee

$100 Family Fee-covers the coaches travel expenses to meets and other expenses such as pool fees and coaches training. We charge the family fee so we don't have to do fundraising. (due by November15th)

Meet Fees: This price can very please see the detailed description of fees below.

*The monthly fees are lower during the competitive season because of the added expense of traveling to meets (meet fees, hotels, food and gas),  paying family fee, and purchasing of team suit.

A break down of the fees:

Monthly Dues: There will be monthly dues at the beginning of each month. This price will very depending on the level of your swimmer. A $50 delinquent fee of $50 for late dues will be assessed after the 5th day of the month. If fees are not paid by the 10th of the month a swimmer can no longer participate until all dues are paid.

USA Swimming Registration: We are required to have all swimmers registered with USA Swimming. Even if you don't attend meeets your swimmer still needs to be USA Swimming registered. This fee is $67 annually.

Family Registration Fee: $100 The family registration fee is due in October. This money is used in lieu of fundraising and will be allocated for the end of the season awards banquet, officials training, USA fees for the coach and officials, hotel accommodations for coach during swim meets and administrative expenses.

Equipment: Practice suit, team suit, caps, paddles, fins and goggles.

Swim Meet Fees: There will be a charge assessed for competition swim meets. each meet could cost between $10-$50 depending upon the number of events your child swims. The meet dues are payable upon receipt of scheduled events. Your child's events will be emailed along with the fees. If the fees are not paid before the meet your child will not be able to participate.
